In light of the Christopher Dorner saga, I think it’s high time we dust off this goodie. Yeah Hollywood makes plenty of movies about members of the military going rogue, but none takes on this narrative as uniquely as “The spook that sat by the door.” Set in the 1970′s, the CIA wants to clean up its image and hires its first black operative, Dan Freeman. Once he is discharged, he uses the skills he learns to form a revolutionary army for black liberation. Mayhem ensues… Fuck yeah!
